D Noir is ready to reveal Amniotic, the debut release by Italian producer Antithesis (Antonio Monteleone). In the biological world, the Amnios is defined as an embryonic annex that forms a membranous sac which surrounds the embryo. The mother, through the amniotic casing, acts as a safety filter from the external environment, protecting the unborn child. Antithesis defines this image in his debut with groovy bass lines intending to replicate the form of these umbilical cords. They are then crossed over by sounds coming from synths, like input signals from the world of today technology. This is his attempt to represent life and its essence through music, his sound reconstructed to relive this before-birth experience, its dangers and torments, its beauty and oblivion, the utopia and its eventual deconstruction, finally immersing into reality. Mastered by Biomekanik, Berlin, with graphic design by Veronika.
